Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified phjk of unauthorized access.
phjk reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where phjk suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other violation of these Terms.
All financial transactions on phjk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phjk supports the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phjk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which phjk bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phjk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: GCash and PayMaya within approximately 15 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) within 1–3 hours during business hours. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Funds deposited into your phjk wallet may only be used for gaming on the phjk platform. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. phjk is not a financial institution and your phjk wallet balance does not earn interest.
Anti-Money Laundering: phjk complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
phjk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The phjk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
phjk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phjk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phjk is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
